Welcome to the latest Agenda for the Christmas Gala 2007!
 
  Thursday, Nov 29th
  1. 2 p.m. - 7 p.m.
  2. •Hospitality Suite: Hostesses: Sally & Steph’ II
  3. •Hospitality Suite: Registration: name tags, updates, activity planning, soft drinks & Snacks, (BYOB).
  4. •Hospitality Suite: Various; make-overs & manicures being planned: pre-booking encouraged
  5. 7 p.m. - 11 p.m.
  6. •Hospitality Suite: Evening dinner: Pizza & Movie!
  7.  
  8. New members, or those new to coming out, are encouraged to join us on Thursday and Friday in preparation for the weekend.
 
  Friday, Nov 30th
  1. 10:00 a.m. - 4.00pm (as required)
  2. •Hospitality Suite: (hostess: Steph II)
  3. •Registration: name tags, dinner tickets Soft Drinks & Snacks, BYOB.
  4. 11:00 a.m. -
  5. •Hospitality Suite: Enhancing your feminine image. Experienced members will be available to discuss & assist those who are getting out & about. A number of resources have been arranged to provide make-overs, wigs & shopping for those new & not so new to our community.
  6. 12:00—2:00 p.m.
  7. •Hospitality Suite: ‘Xpressions Bazaar’  Bring your unloved items and swap or trade wigs, jewelry & clothing to our informal Xpressions Bazaar.
  8. •Hospitality Suite: Various Salon Activities: Arrangements are being, made at reduced prices, for makeovers and manicures.  Pre-booking strongly encouraged.

  11. •Zelda’s: Dinner at Zelda’s, that zany dining emporium on Church Street, followed by entertainment at the intriguing TG club Goodhandy’s.

  14. •Goodhandy’s: entertainment, show and Karaoke at the intriguing TG club Goodhandy’s.  (Cover charge of $6-$9 will apply)

  4. •Xpressions Gala Lounge: Make-up Seminar & Make-up (Pheasant Room)
    •1:00pm: D3 Electrology 2000
    Electrolysis: Discussion and demonstrations.
    Host: Lucie Desrochers.
    •2:00pm: Paddy Aldridge - 20 Years Owning Wildside
    The Adventure and Discussion.
    Host: Paddy Aldridge
    •3:00pm: Make-overs and Manicures

  3. •Xpressions Gala Lounge: Cocktails in the Xpressions Lounge (Pheasant Room).  Complementary Pink Punch bowl and cash bar.

  5. •Xpressions Gala Lounge: Dinner: Tossed Salad w/ various dressings, Roast Ontario Turkey, roast potatoes, seasoned vegetables, Rolls & Butter. Black Forest Cake, Coffee & Tea.
  6. 9:00 p.m. –
  7. • Music, Dancing, Casino Games & Gala Raffle: Major Prizes! Fantastic donations from our sponsors!

  2. •Xpressions Gala Lounge: Xpressions Breakfast (included in Xpressions Gala registration fee).
  3. •Xpressions Gala Lounge: AGM (Annual General Meeting) following breakfast.
  4. 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.
  5. •Hospitality Suite: is open for conversation and late changes, if required, before going home.
